Have You Heard About Our Atlantic City Holiday Party?

We enjoy out-of-office team-bonding events throughout the year, but we go especially big for the holiday season. To wrap up 2017, for instance, everyone from Team Absolute Consulting Group indulged in festivities at Atlantic City, New Jersey’s posh Borgata Hotel.

According to Rich, our Absolute Consulting Group Director of Operations, “There was a dinner, awards, a raffle of Super Bowl tickets, and other exciting prizes. There were even award nominations from our very own office. Brack and Diksha have been working hard, and were quite deserving of the recognition.

There are a lot of benefits to our group outings. Here are the biggest:

• Increased Morale: Fun events and learning opportunities keep us engaged not only in our work, but in our work with each other. Every adventure leads to stronger collaboration in the office, and ultimately higher morale and performance. We think of our team-building events as calibrations that keep our machine running smoothly.

• Stronger Relationships: The more time we spend with each other, the more trust we build. As we tighten our bonds, we are more creative and motivated. Such connections are vital to the pursuit of success.
